Kristin did an interview recently with New Beauty magazine in which she answered yet more questions (still none of mine, but I’m not bitter or anything) with a focus on her morning regimen. This interview is a journalizism gold mine, guys.
On her morning regimen:
I’ve always been pretty no-fuss when it comes to getting ready [...] I fill in my brows and use tinted moisturizer, mascara and dry shampoo, and I’m good to go!
Perhaps it’s because I’m a dad with little concept of personal grooming, but that... doesn’t actually seem very “no-fuss” to me?
On her book:
It’s a mini memoir meets advice/how-to book.
An advice book in which she never offers anyone any advice.
There are certain chemicals, like GMOs, high fructose corn syrup and added colors, that I just don’t eat. I would suggest starting small, focusing on one chemical to stay away from until it becomes second nature, then slowly adding others to the list.
FREE YOURSELF FROM THE TYRANNY OF DIHYDROGEN MONOXIDE
On her least forgettable “beauty mistake”:
Dying my hair black in high school. It wasn’t supposed to be permanent, but when you put black dye on blond hair, it’s permanent!
First #Banghazi, and now this? I don’t know what to believe anymore.
On the one thing she wants to do that she hasn’t done yet:
I would love to do a cookbook!
Someday I’ll get my own interview with Kristin, I just know it.
(“Kristin” will be a sock puppet with a picture of KC’s face.)
